XML messages - General

All messages described in this document, except the Acknowledgement message, are based on the ebIX^® message standard.
The content of the messages are extended according to the recommendations in the Harmonised Nordic Retail project (HNR) and the Elhub requirements. In addition the messages are slightly reorganized compared to ebIX^® to promote more reuse in the customer switching processes.
The Acknowledgement message is defined by the Elhub project due to that this message is missing in ebIX^®.
