Send BRS-NO-122 to activate metering point Message: RequestUpdateMasterDataMeteringPoint Document type: E58	Message is successfully sent
2. Receive positive acknowledgement to DDM (optional) Document type: 294	Positive Acknowledgement is received to DDM
3. DDQ sends BRS-NO-102 to Elhub The Ediel portal is operating as Balance supplier	Request is successfully sent from the Ediel portal to Elhub
4. Receive NotifyStartOfSupply to DDM Document type: 414	NotifyStartOfSupply is received by DDM
5. Verify that DDM's system is updated correctly	A new balance supply contract is created for the metering point
