Postconditions	The requested metering values have been received from Elhub and are visible in DDQ's system. Message contains timestamps for registration date time and insert time

1. Send BRS-NO-315 to Elhub	BRS-NO-315 is successfully sent
2. Receive BRS-NO-313 to DDQ	BRS-NO-313 is receved to DDQ
3. Verify that DDQ's system is updated correctly	Meter reads are stored and are visible for DDQ
