Description

Send a move in on an inactive metering point with StartOfSupply on todays date - From balance supplier

Activate the metering point on todays date - From grid owner

Preconditions

Metering point should be consumption, non profiled and have metering point status 'Inactive' in Elhub

Postconditions

The metering point status is 'Active' in Elhub and a new balance supply contract is created for the metering point in both DDQ's and DDM's system with the correct move in date
