1. DDQ sends BRS-NO-601 to Elhub The Ediel portal is operating as Balance Supplier	Request is successfully sent from the Ediel portal to Elhub
2. Receive RequestToGridAccessProvider to DDM Message type: 21	RequestToGridAccessProvider is received to DDM
3. Send BRS-NO-601 to Elhub Message:ResponseFromGridAccessProvider Document type: 21	Response is successfully sent
4. Receive Acknowledgement to DDM (optional?) Message type: 294	Acknowledgement is received to DDM
