1. Elhub performs change in portfolio and NotifyStartOfSupply is sent to DDM Document type: E58	NotifyStartOfSupply is received by DDM
2. Verify that DDM's system is updated correctly	All mtetering points in portfolio has a contract with new Balance supplier
