BRS Reporting for Imbalance Settlement and Elcertificates

Introduction

This document describes the reporting from Elhub to Imbalance Settlement Responsible (ISR; NBS/eSett Oy) and the reporting for Elcertitificates and Quota Obliged Consumption to Registry Responsible for Elcertificates (NECS). Elhub is responsible for calculating the Basis for Imbalance Settlement and Elcertificates in Norway and distribute this basis to the responsible parties for settling the values.
